We believe that our responsibility goes beyond the company: environmentally conscious operations and social responsibility are important to us.

The health, development and satisfaction of our employees are of utmost importance to our company.

We create a work environment that supports both the personal and professional well-being of our colleagues.

 

  • Comprehensive health screenings: every year we organize free laboratory, internal medicine, ophthalmology, dermatology/ultrasound examinations in the office, and we also allow you to use several other examinations at a favorable price.

  • Regular physical exercise and a wide range of sports opportunities: Life1 rental support, All You Can Move contract. In addition, we organize company sports days, and our team building programs often include some kind of sports activity.

  • Mental health: We organize lectures on the importance of mental health and launch stress management programs to support our colleagues.

  • Performance evaluation system: We support the performance and development of our colleagues with 360-degree evaluations and personal performance evaluation discussions. Every year, line managers present and evaluate the performance of each team member in front of the entire management.

  • We have introduced a reward system where anyone can be nominated for special recognition based on individual or team performance. Transparent evaluation and justification ensure that outstanding performances become visible to the entire company, confirming who and how they represent the company's shared values.

  • Internship program: Interns make up 10% of our company's workforce, and we help them in their professional development through a mentoring program.

  • Training for new employees: We support the rapid integration and preparation of new employees with in-person and electronic training materials.

  • Equal opportunities: Our five-member management team includes three men and two women. We employ employees with disabilities.

  • Team building programs: We regularly organize full-company retreats, as well as smaller team building programs and thematic events - such as cauldron cooking or rowing. At the end of the year, we close and celebrate the year with a joint dinner and party, and greet colleagues with round anniversaries (5, 10, 15) and jubilees.

We believe that we contribute most to reducing environmental impacts through our high-tech video conferencing solutions that enable hybrid and remote work for our customers on a wide scale.

 

Of course, we also strive for environmental awareness in our internal, everyday operations and decisions:

  • We allow partial remote working in the vast majority of our jobs.

  • We are rationalizing our logistics activities and implementing consolidated deliveries.

  • In order to reduce paper usage, we encourage our colleagues to use electronic administration and document management, and we are also developing our internal systems in this way. Where necessary, we use recycled paper whenever possible.

  • Electric cars: our employees also use the environmentally friendly GreenGo car sharing service to drop off customers, and we also have electric vehicles in our own fleet.

  • We collect waste selectively in the office.

Social responsibility


We believe that companies should participate in the development of their immediate environment and the wider community. We aim to have a positive impact on society in the long term, especially on issues affecting future generations. We have launched a number of initiatives to support this.

 

  • Donation

Our company regularly provides material or monetary donations to organizations that aim to support young people and children in need - whether they are dealing with social, health or educational difficulties.

 

When selecting the organizations we support, we consider the following criteria: people-centeredness, transparency and reliability; and whether they can directly have a positive impact on communities at a local or national level.

 

In all cases, we tailor our donations to current, real needs, often after direct consultation with the organizations involved. If it fits the goals and operations of the organization we wish to support, we are also open to providing assistance with our professional knowledge and technical tools in addition to financial or material support, so that we can contribute even more effectively to the realization of the supported goals.
