Streamnet Zrt., Videosquare Kft., and Teleconnect Kft., acting as data controllers and data processors, hereby inform their clients (hereinafter referred to as the “data subjects”) that they respect the rights of data subjects regarding their personal data. Accordingly, they act in compliance with the provisions set out in their Data Management and Data Security Policy (hereinafter: the “Policy”). The current version of the Policy is always available electronically and in paper form at the Company’s office.
In line with the requirement of providing clear and accessible information, the data controller publishes this abbreviated notice for its clients and other data subjects based on its Policy. This notice constitutes an annex to the Policy.
This Privacy Notice (hereinafter: the “Notice”) sets out the rights and obligations related to visiting the websites (hereinafter: the “Website”) operated by Streamnet Plc., Videosquare Ltd., and Teleconnect Kft. (hereinafter collectively: the “Service Provider”), as well as other essential provisions.

1. Definitions
Client / Corporate Client: A corporate client that uses services provided by the Service Provider under a service agreement.
Client User (user): A user of the Client who utilizes services under a service agreement concluded with a Corporate Client. The Company acts as a data processor.
User: A natural person who directly uses the services of the Service Provider (i.e. not במסגר ת a service agreement concluded with a Corporate Client).
Visitor: A visitor of the Website.
Participant: A Client User or User who uses conference services.
Cookie: A “cookie” is a file (data) sent by the visited website to the Visitor’s browser and stored on the computer’s hard drive. A cookie is therefore data stored by a program running on the server on the Visitor’s computer in order to support its operation. Cookies do not damage the Visitor’s computer, and acceptance of cookies is at the Visitor’s discretion.
Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Consent of the data subject: Any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which the data subject, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
Data controller: A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its designation may be provided for by Union or Member State law.
Data processing: Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on data sets, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

2.2.2 Audio Conference Service

The Company provides its clients (corporate customers) with a regulated and secure telephone-based audio conference service accessible via the internet. The service is available through a Hungarian dial-in number.
During the service, audio transmission takes place. Communication is two-way and is transmitted via the telephone network. The service is not capable of processing or recognizing biometric data.
Provision of services: Services are provided to the Company’s corporate clients under a service agreement.
Use of the service: The service can be accessed via telephone devices.
User management: The service may be used by the Client’s employees and their designated business partners. The Company provides the Client with a contractually agreed number of so-called “virtual audio conference rooms” and the associated capacity (concurrent dial-in connections). Each virtual room is assigned a unique PIN code, which is provided to the Client by the Company. No personal data is processed.
Recording: No recordings are made of audio conferences.
Information obligation: When using the service, it is the responsibility of the Client to inform the data subjects (employees and partners) about the service and to obtain the necessary consents.

2.3 Videosquare Kft.
2.3.1 videosquare.eu (service website)

Videosquare is a proprietary, enterprise video sharing and management system through which video content created within an organization (e.g. presentations, trainings, briefings, etc.) can be delivered. The system supports the management of live streams and archived (on-demand) content, document attachments and processing, as well as user comments.
The service operates in two main configurations:
Public cloud
A service provided over the internet using infrastructure (servers, storage) owned by Videosquare Kft. Clients receive a virtually segregated video portal service (e.g. https://videosquare.eu and https://<customer>.videosquare.eu), within which the Client is responsible for the administration of content and users.
Data deletion: In the case of identified users or public content, the Client decides on deletion requests submitted by identified users, and the designated content administrator performs the necessary actions.
Processing of user personal data: The Client may request password expiration settings. Upon expiration, user personal data is anonymized.
Storage of user data: Stored in a database. Passwords are encrypted using a one-way hash algorithm and cannot be accessed even by the Company.
Private cloud
A system implemented on the contracted Client’s own infrastructure and internal network, created and operated according to the Client’s internal IT policies. No external data storage or transfer takes place.
Data deletion: The Client decides independently.
User authentication: Performed via the Client’s Active Directory database; in this case, data transfer occurs from the Client to the Company acting as data processor.
Storage of user data: Stored in a database. Passwords are encrypted using a one-way hash algorithm and cannot be accessed by the Company.
Additional Notes:
When recordings are made at on-site events, crowd shots and cutaway footage may be captured. Appropriate notices must be displayed at the venue indicating that video recording will take place. The Company obtains separate declarations from presenters.

3. Data processors
The Company does not engage any data processors, and no personal data is transferred to third parties.
4. Rights of data subjects
Upon request, the Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information regarding:
the data processed by it and the categories of personal data, the purpose of the data processing, the legal basis for the processing, the duration of the processing, the period for which the data are stored, or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period. Furthermore, if the data were not collected from the data subject, the Data Controller shall provide all available information regarding their source, as well as the details of any data processor used. The data subject shall also be informed about the circumstances, effects, and measures taken to remedy any data protection incident, and, in the case of the transfer of personal data, about the legal basis, purpose, and recipients of such transfers.
The data subject may request access to their personal data, as well as the rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing thereof, and may object to the processing of such personal data. The data subject also has the right to data portability.
The data subject is entitled to receive information, to access their personal identification data, to inspect the documentation, and to obtain copies thereof at their own expense.
If the data subject does not agree with the decision of the Data Controller, or if the Data Controller fails to meet the response deadline, the data subject has the right to seek legal remedy before a court within 30 days from the communication of the decision.

Server Logging
When visiting the Website, the web server does not record any user data.
Providing personal data (name, email address, phone number) is required when communicating via the contact or error reporting forms available on the website.
Data Processing by External Service Providers
The website is operated using the infrastructure of the service provider wix.com; therefore, the cookies used are defined by this provider.
The HTML code of the website contains links pointing to external servers independent of the website. The servers of these external service providers communicate directly with the user’s computer (browser).
Please note that, due to this direct connection and communication, these providers may collect user data (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system details, mouse movements, visited page URL, and time of visit).
Any personalized content for the user may be delivered by the servers of external service providers. Detailed information on how such data is processed can be obtained from the respective data controllers listed below.

Cookie Management
In order to provide customized services, the Service Provider places data files (so-called cookies) on the user’s device via the browser and reads them during subsequent visits.
If the browser returns a previously saved cookie, the service provider managing the cookie may link the user’s current visit with previous visits, but only with respect to its own content.
